What is Marxism 2010?

Marxism 2010 is a 4 day conference to be held in Melbourne over the 2010 Easter weekend, bringing together hundreds of socialists and other left-wing activists from across Australia. Marxism 2010 features international guest speakers from the US, Palestine, Indonesia, South Africa and elsewhere. There will be more than 60 sessions over the weekend, on topics ranging from radical history to the fight for women's and LGBTI liberation, imperialism and the Middle East, the global economic crisis and workers' struggles today.

Sameh Akram Habeeb

Sameh Akram Habeeb is a photojournalist from Gaza, now based in the UK. Founder of the Palestine Telegraph Newspaper (www.paltelegraph.com) Sameh has also performed several speaking tours about the war on Gaza across the UK and Europe.
